At Evalant Media, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services including design, development, marketing, and strategy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our work. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
Project Cancellation by Evalant Media: If we are unable to complete your project due to internal reasons.
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service.
No Work Delivered: If no tangible progress or deliverables have been provided within the agreed timeframe, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of Mind: If the client decides not to proceed after work has started.
Delays Due to Client Inaction: If delays or project failure are due to the client's lack of response or cooperation.
Partially Completed Work: If a project is already in progress and partial work has been delivered or hours have been spent on execution.
Customized Services: Due to the time-intensive and personalized nature of our services, custom digital products or solutions are non-refundable.
Post-Delivery Dissatisfaction: If the final product was delivered as per the scope but the client is unsatisfied for subjective reasons.
4. Revision and Resolution First Policy
Before a refund is considered, we will always:
Attempt to resolve the issue through edits, revisions, or clarifications.
Offer to adjust deliverables according to the agreed project scope.
Refunds will only be issued after these steps have been exhausted.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
Submit a written request to support@evalantmedia.com within 7 days of the issue occurring.
Clearly state the reason for the request, along with any relevant details or evidence.
Allow up to 10 business days for review and decision.
6. Refund Method
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment processor and may take 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us for resolution is a violation of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery and communication.
8. Policy Updates
Evalant Media reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
